History

Peter Koch GmbH Securitites Trading Bank, a limited liability company, was founded in October 1997. Initially, the company was entrusted with price fixing in the official German Bond Market, by deed of charge by The Ministry of Economy of the state of Hessen.

The intention for the change into a Ltd., at that time, was to branch out into other financial service areas, as opposed to being restricted as a specialist in the bond market.

Further business activities include executing orders for institutional clients on all German Stock Exchanges. Moreover we support our foreign based clients, as they enter the European financial market, by dual or primary listing their public company on the Frankfurt and/or Berlin Stock Exchange

Admission and Regulation

The Ministry of Economy of the state of Hessen has appointed Peter Koch (CEO, sole proprietor) by deed of charge as official broker at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as of the 1st of Oct. 1997.
The official brokerage was integrated into the Peter Koch GmbH Securities Trading Bank according to § 34a of the German Stock Exchange Act.
As a financial services company we have been authorised by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
Furthermore we are supervised and regulated by the EDW, The Ministry of Economy of the state of Hessen, The Central Bank of Hessen and the monitoring of trades of the Deutsche Börse AG.
